Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Talya drives all aspects of our firm’s business immigration operations, including H-2A, H-2B, TN, and PERM visa programs. She works closely with managing attorney Kara Youngblood to develop strategic, compliant, and results-driven filing plans tailored to each of our client’s needs.
Talya efficiently and accurately leads our firm’s processing team with a strong focus on continuous improvement. She leads with timely, transparent communication, ensuring that every client’s case meets the highest standards of compliance.
With deep expertise in both regulatory requirements and client priorities, Talya plays a key role in driving operational excellence and strengthens our firm’s reputation for exceptional service.
Jan Kozak
Chief Experience Officer
As Chief Experience Officer, Jan leads our firm’s sales and client service operations, delivering exceptional support to every client from start to finish. She oversees the entire client journey, guiding onboarding and managing communication while upholding the highest standards of responsiveness, accuracy, and care.
Jan also manages client billing and coordinates with the firm’s travel processing team to ensure every client and worker travel arrangement runs smoothly and efficiently. Her proactive approach and focus on process alignment keep the client experience seamless and reflective of our firm’s commitment to excellence.
