By regulation, you are not responsible for paying for housing for H-2B workers. We will guide you on how to best prepare for your worker’s arrival including housing planning and best practices.

At Youngblood & Associates, we offer both options. If you have contacts in a foreign country that are interested in your job opening, you can provide that information to us. Our attorneys will review your request and provide you with feedback on admissibility and other immigration-related issues.

If you don’t have existing contacts interested in your job opening, we can recruit workers for you based on your job requirements.

No problem! We provide immigration services to a wide range of businesses, from small start-ups to massive Fortune 500 companies. Over the past decade, many of our clients have started with 1-2 workers and have increased their revenue and worker requests over time. No matter the size of your operation, we can meet your business needs.

For H-2B filings, we prefer to start 6-9 months before your date of need to fully prepare. For H-2A, we need at least 90 days before your start date to ensure on-time delivery of your workers.

As part of the recruitment process, you can request that workers have valid driver’s licenses in their foreign country. They will also have the ability to apply for a US driver’s license in your state.
